Can you do the work, or only review it?
Both. We can review a concern or carry out an agreed quantity surveying task: for example, measurement from drawings, estimates, tender comparisons, change pricing, payment applications, cost reporting or accounts. Tell us the problem and the output you need. We check suitability and agree the exact work, fixed price and delivery date. Some tasks need site information or a separately agreed visit. Legal advice and design certification are outside the service.
Will you help fix what the review finds?
Yes. Within the agreed review scope, we explain each finding and its recommended next action. Where we can do the follow-on work, we set out the exact output, separate price, information needed and return date for you to approve. That might be a corrected draft payment application, cost breakdown, change schedule or updated report. We reuse relevant records already supplied, subject to permission and current versions. The review fee does not include carrying out those fixes, and nothing extra starts or is charged without your acceptance. Formal certification remains with the authorised certifier.
Is there a discount if you have already reviewed the problem?
Yes. Eligible fixes directly linked to a completed Haven Measure review receive 5% off our standard task fee. We verify the review reference and show the normal fee, saving and full total in the proposal. The discount is applied before any Priority (+25%) or Urgent (+50%) charge. It applies to our own fee for the follow-on fix, not the review itself, unrelated work, third-party costs or taxes. Factual corrections covered by the review are handled under that process, not as paid fixes.
Can I pay more to get it back sooner?
Yes, where capacity and the information allow. Choose Standard, Priority or Urgent and tell us your required date and time. Priority delivery adds 25% and Urgent delivery adds 50% to the agreed task fee. The guide calculates the review price including your chosen speed. We confirm scope and the achievable return date in writing before you commit. A requested date is not a booking.
Can you help with just one task?
Yes. Choose the task you need or send a brief outline. We agree the output, records, fee and timing before starting. You do not have to buy a review first.
Do you work with contractors and subcontractors?
Yes. We welcome business enquiries from every country and across construction sectors. Suitable work can be delivered remotely. We check the project country, contract requirements, expertise, insurance and any local support needed before accepting. A site visit, local specialist or translation may need a separate agreement.
Can you do the work remotely?
Much of this work can be completed remotely using the agreed contract and project records. Your site contact supplies accurate records and reports events. We agree the working language, currency and deadline time zone. Site visits, physical measurement or local specialist input are separately agreed where needed.
What is the difference between the two reviews?
The £495 Project Check looks at up to three agreed concerns on one project and contract. The £1,495 Detailed Project Check covers up to six agreed issues and a larger information pack. Both provide findings, recommended fixes and separately priced proposals for work we can take on. Completing those actions is separately scoped and accepted.
How do I book and pay?
Start by choosing a service or describing the problem, then send your enquiry. We confirm whether we can help and set out the exact work, what you will receive, the full price and the return date. If you wish to proceed, accept the order and service terms, then pay by business bank transfer using the private invoice. We confirm receipt of cleared payment. Selecting a service or preparing an enquiry does not place an order or take payment.
Will the paperwork guarantee payment or protect every deadline?
No. The agreed service helps organise and prepare commercial records. It does not guarantee payment, legal validity or entitlement. You remain responsible for notices and deadlines. Urgent deadlines, disputed interpretation and legal disputes need appropriate specialist advice.
